NVIDIA has a long history of innovation, and we continue to push the boundaries of what is possible with our cutting-edge technology.

This role will be part of our groundbreaking "Layout Methodology" team, which is responsible for developing and implementing new methods for creating digital IP.

As a CAD Layout Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating digital IP to enable layout work in new technology, including PCELL creation, SRAM leaf cells, and productivity scripts.

You will also be responsible for analyzing new technology and translating it into guidelines for EMIR, DFM, and SRAM layout.

Additionally, you will investigate next-generation tools for layout creation and explore the applications of Machine Learning/Deep Learning techniques for layout creation.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, as well as experience with advanced technology nodes like 5 or 3 nanometers.

You will also need solid proficiency in the Cadence Skill language and experience with pCell development.

Experience with Deep Learning or Machine Learning tools, software, and EMIR tools is a plus, as is the ability to root cause and fix EMIR issues.
