Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin and Accountant to join our team in Madurai. This full-time junior position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring efficient office operations and accurate financial record keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies, record-keeping, and maintenance of office equipment
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Process accounts payable and receivable; issue invoices and receipts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and receipts
  • Provide support in office management tasks, including handling phone calls and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
