Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Talent Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day needs and queries of our creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build strong, long-term relationships with creators, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • To contribute to campaigns by sharing content ideas and understanding content trends.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • A friendly, approachable personality to maintain strong relationships.
  • A basic understanding of content strategy, implementation, and campaigns is an advantage.
