Leading a team of QA Engineers, you will drive quality assurance processes across multiple projects. We need someone with 9+ years in Software QA, experience in User Acceptance Testing, and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, track and close bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, and build automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers.
  • Owning end-to-end quality assurance processes across multiple projects.
  • Planning, defining & executing test strategies (Manual + UAT + Usability + Compatibility Testing).
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams & clients.
  • Tracking, managing, and closing bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Building and managing automation frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years in Software QA (manual testing and Automation testing).
  • Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing and client coordination.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on with bug tracking tools and reporting metrics.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality releases.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium is a plus.
