We're seeking an Electrical Engineer to contribute to our rooftop solar kit offerings. This is a pioneering opportunity for someone who can develop innovative systems that drive the industry forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Coordination:
    • Review and coordinate work with internal teams (structural, design, and project engineers).
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, manufacturing, and packaging) to deliver end-to-end EPC solutions.
    • Assist in the design review for rooftop kits.
    • Provide inputs for innovative and tool-less installation methodologies.
  • Recruitment & Team Development:
    • Help identify and onboard additional electrical engineers to strengthen the EPC execution team.
  • Innovation & Product Development:
    • Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies that enable seamless rooftop solar installations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, developing technical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring rooftop solar solutions to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Review: Assist in reviewing designs for rooftop kits to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical expertise in rooftop solar installations, including design, engineering, and construction.
