About the Role :
Capgemini Technology Services India Limited is seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Accountabilities :
- Design and implement ITSM solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and optimize workflows, forms, and dashboards to enhance IT service delivery.
- Collaborate with ITSM process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and configuration guides.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.
What We Offer :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITSM Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies experience.
