Location Scheduling Specialist Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the efficiency of field consultants with clients, while developing strong relationships with assigned field staff and operations management.

You will be responsible for effectively managing the timeliness of assigned orders and coordinating production schedules for all assigned field staff. Providing exceptional internal and external customer service, you will establish the most efficient schedule for assigned field staff.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Organize and schedule assigned field engineering or jurisdictional visits by overseeing workload and calendars; communicate with clients and coordinate visit times; prepare and distribute visit agendas;
  • Establish working partnerships with external and internal clients;

Requirements For Success:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience is required to perform essential job functions;
  • Customer service and work scheduling or correlated work experience are highly desirable;
  • Proficiency in MS 365 and the ability to learn proprietary business systems and workflow tools are necessary;
