Key Responsibilities

  • A robust Enterprise Risk Management framework will be developed and implemented across the organization, incorporating industry best practices and regulatory requirements.">
  • Comprehensive Risk Registers (RCSA) will be prepared and maintained to track and analyze risks.">
  • Regular reviews of business processes will be conducted to identify control gaps and deficiencies, developing targeted solutions for risk mitigation and process improvement.">
  • The Enterprise Risk Policy will be updated to reflect changing regulatory and strategic scenarios, ensuring alignment with best practice standards.">
  • Collaboration with Principal Risk Owners will occur to identify key risks and mitigating controls within their business units, as well as action plans to address any gaps in mitigating measures.">
  • Insightful reports will be prepared for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees, facilitating informed decision-making.">
  • An integrated risk reporting framework will be established to focus attention on critical risks and enable proactive risk management.">

Educational Qualifications

">
  • A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution is required. Certifications such as FRM, CFA, CBCP are preferred.">

Experience

">
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in risk management, is expected.">

  • Knowledge of Exchange ecosystem and operations is necessary.">
