**Job Title:** Performance Marketing Leader
The role involves strategic ownership, team leadership, client growth partnership, execution excellence, analytics and reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and process development.
**Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership: Develop end-to-end performance marketing strategies on Meta and Google Ads for multiple clients.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of media buyers and account managers to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Client Growth Partner: Align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure client retention.
- Execution Excellence: Oversee campaign structures, media planning, creative testing, funnel strategy, and optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use advanced measurement frameworks to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Retention, Copy, and Design teams.
- Process Development: Develop playbooks and systems for scaling accounts efficiently.
**Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Performance Marketing (DTC/Ecommerce focused).
- Leadership: Prior experience managing and scaling a team of members in an agency or growth-focused setup.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of campaign structures, optimization levers, attribution models, and creative testing frameworks.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate marketing metrics into business outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills for stakeholder management.
