Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Interface Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving mid-term supply strategy and internal alignment to deliver superior results in cost, service, quality, EHS and overall performance.

Key responsibilities include executing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) in support of the BC strategy, contributing to the development of negotiation strategies with CMOs, defining supply chain strategy for capacity, inventory etc. and leading the establishment/adjustment of supply chain set-ups for portfolio transformations.

Additionally, you will lead the supply agenda within the SRT for the assigned portfolio of CMOs, ensure appropriate set-up for order management, provide relevant inputs for supply communications and supply escalations, and keep a good overview of the aggregated demand to the contract manufacturers.

You will also act as an extended arm of the Supplier Relationship team in remote areas or on CMO site support to manage locally overall CMO end-to-end supply chain results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation or Post Graduation with specialization in Supply Chain, manufacturing, GMP, Operational Excellence (lean, six sigma)
  • 7 plus years of relevant experience
  • Preferably with exposure to APICS/IML, computer skills (SAP, APO/JDA, MS Windows), lean/six sigma
