Job Title: Content Editor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced content editor to join our team.
A successful content editor will be responsible for reviewing, revising and editing written content to ensure accuracy, clarity and coherence.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Duties:
- Review and revise written content to ensure accuracy, clarity and coherence.
- Conduct thorough research to fact-check information and verify data.
- Collaborate with writers and other team members to improve the quality and consistency of content.
- Develop and implement editorial policies and guidelines to maintain high standards of content quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and editing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/PG/Master's degree in English, Communications or Journalism.
- Excellent command of English language, including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Strong editing, proofreading and fact-checking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using editing tools and software.
