Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying large-scale machine learning models and pipelines.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop large-scale machine learning models and pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning into our products and services
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning models and pipelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields
  • 12+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
  • 3+ years as a Lead/Architect
  • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
  • Experience in leading large-scale machine learning projects
  • Strong hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience training or optimizing models (CUDA, Triton, TRT, AOT)
  • Experience converting models from various frameworks to other target formats to ensure compatibility and optimized performance across different platforms
  • Good publication record in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields
