Client Services Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to handle client services and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective project management.
  • Brief and coordinate with internal teams – creative, strategy, digital, and production – to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic campaign approaches based on client objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across digital and mainline channels.
  • Monitor progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality control throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Prepare client presentations, campaign reports, and performance summaries to drive informed decision-making.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency
  • Proven expertise in both digital and mainline advertising
  • Familiarity with campaign strategy, planning, and execution
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client servicing skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
