Design & Layout Expert

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our creative team at our Pithampur facility. As a key member of our design-driven environment, you will be responsible for designing and laying out product brochures, lookbooks, catalogues, and manuals using Adobe InDesign.

You will also create visual assets for web, social media, print, exhibitions, and presentations. Your role will involve working closely with the marketing, product, and photography teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Other responsibilities include assisting in designing packaging, event creatives, invites, signage, and in-store branding materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

As a Design & Layout Expert, you will optimize graphics for various platforms (digital and print) and handle print-ready file preparation. You will also contribute to concept development for visual campaigns, promotions, and launches.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and brand aesthetics
  • Prior experience in print design, digital assets creation, and publication design
  • Ability to handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience (experience in product-based or design-oriented industries preferred)
