Key Role: Customer Experience Expert

The customer experience team is a vital part of our organization, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for every individual.

This role will concentrate on ensuring customers have an uninterrupted and positive journey with our products and services. Key responsibilities will involve interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, providing tailored solutions, and guiding them in unlocking the full potential of our offerings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding support by responding to customer queries in a timely manner, following standard operating procedures to maintain smooth interactions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, understanding their needs, and providing guidance on utilizing specific features that make a difference.
  • Engage in problem-solving by analyzing and reporting product issues, exploring different scenarios, or putting themselves in the customer's shoes.
  • Maintain our knowledge base by regularly updating internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations.
  • Collaborate and innovate by sharing feature requests and clever workarounds with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated by informing customers about the latest features and functionalities as soon as they are available.
  • Ensure resolution by following up with customers to ensure everything is running smoothly on their end.
  • Amply the customer voice by collecting feedback directly from customers and sharing these insights with relevant teams to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bring experience: Have at least 2 years in a customer-facing role, or be a fresher with outstanding communication skills.
  • Versatile support: Be ready to handle calls, chats, and emails, requiring flexibility.
  • Customer-centric approach: Prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is preferred.
  • Communication pro: Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, including fluency in both English and Hindi.
  • Juggle like a pro: Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively.
