Job Title: Public Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to serve as the primary face of our brand across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be confident on camera, skilled at engaging diverse audiences, and able to host brand-led sessions, interviews, and knowledge-sharing formats while ensuring consistency with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host and moderate live webinars, panel discussions, and podcasts with industry leaders, faculty, and students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, script, and shoot shorts/reels, explainer videos, and promotional content.
  • Deliver high-energy, engaging sessions that resonate with both student and professional audiences.
  • Serve as the on-screen ambassador of our organization across platforms.
  • Adapt presentation style for academic explainers, casual student interactions, promotional campaigns, and thought-leadership formats.
  • Conduct regular live/recorded Q&A, FAQs, and student engagement sessions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–5 years as a presenter/anchor/host in webinars, podcasts, or social media video content.
  • Excellent command of spoken English with clear diction, articulation, and confidence.
  • Strong on-screen personality with ability to engage online audiences.
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and livestreaming tools.
  • Ability to ideate fresh content formats with the marketing/content team.
  • Comfortable working with faculty, industry experts, and students in live formats.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, media, or digital-first brands is a bonus.
