About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Content Manager to oversee content editing, publishing, and quality control across our global websites. This role plays a key part in ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  1. Edit, publish, and maintain content across multiple global websites.
  2. Build and update pages using CMS platforms.
  3. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines.
  4. Conduct regular content audits and quality assurance checks.
  5. Coordinate translation processes to maintain multilingual content consistency.
  6. Maintain high editorial standards across all web content.
  7. Perform ongoing quality checks to ensure content integrity.
  8. Enforce accessibility standards to ensure usability for individuals with disabilities.
  9. Structure and present content to enhance overall user experience.
  10. Support UX design tasks to ensure content complements design and navigation strategies.
  11. Work closely with the team to plan and execute prioritized activities.
  12. Provide guidance and feedback to creators and external contributors.
  13. Support website migrations and contribute to the web roadmap.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in content management for global or multi-market websites.
  2. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms.
  3. Strong attention to detail and editorial skills.
  4. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  5. Familiarity with UX principles and content structuring for optimal user experience.
  6. Excellent collaboration and coordination skills across teams and contributors.
  7. Experience working in multilingual content environments.
  8. Understanding of SEO best practices for web content.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  10. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
