About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical position in our organization. As an EDI with MDM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing data and facilitating electronic data interchange between our systems and those of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Master Data Management and EDI set up, as well as experience with SAP and Seeburger applications. You will also be responsible for processing end customer purchase orders, maintaining pricing records, and managing commercial tooling reports.

In addition to these duties, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master Data Management: Set up and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, ensuring consistency and compliance across all systems.
  • EDI Set Up: Configure and troubleshoot EDI connections, working closely with clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Pricing: Manage and maintain accurate pricing records, including steel adjustments based on metals price changes and base steel changes.
  • Customer Tooling Invoice Management: Prepare and submit commercial tooling reports, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Plant Support: Set up and maintain production and prototype orders for all plants, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Master Data Management and EDI set up.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Seeburger applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
