Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop good knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement components (Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio etc) and Marketing Cloud tools (Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud).
  • Designs complex omni-channel campaigns with strong understanding of key integration patterns and best practices around them including native connectors, FTP, REST/SOAP API, SSJS (including WSProxy).
  • Expertise in guiding clients on the adoption of best practices in marketing automation, including customer journeys, complex omni-channel campaigns, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Work experience - 5+ years.
  • Deep, hands-on technical understanding of SFMC's data extension architecture, and integration and automation capabilities.
  • Hands-on development experience with AMP script, HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript.
