We are a leading EPC company seeking an experienced Procurement Strategist to join our team in Bhubaneswar.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing all purchasing activities to ensure cost efficiency and timely procurement of materials and services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Purchasing Management: Manage the entire procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Material Sourcing: Identify and source materials and services required for EPC or construction projects.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to optimize procurement strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with project specifications and budget constraints.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams to meet procurement timelines and requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing within the EPC or construction sectors.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and market dynamics in the industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools is an advantage.

Salary: ₹10-15 Lakh per annum (dependent on experience)
