Investment Portfolio Associate (Entry Level)

The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new investment opportunities and monitoring our existing portfolio companies.

To achieve this, you will conduct financial analyses, develop financial models, and conduct industry and market research to provide valuable insights that inform our investment decisions.

  • We require meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills for this phase.

This involves guiding students through the entire application process, including filling out application forms accurately and on time. You will also assist students in compiling all required documents, such as academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, and resumes.

  • Document Collection: Assist students in collecting all necessary documents.
  • Application Submission: Submit applications to chosen universities and follow up with institutions to ensure a smooth process.
  • Visa Filing Support: Provide comprehensive guidance on visa application processes, including required documents, interview preparation, and staying updated on latest regulations.

Communication and Administrative Tasks

An Application Executive acts as a bridge between student and educational institution.

  • University Liaison: Communicate with university admissions offices on behalf of students to clarify doubts, track application status, and resolve issues.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with students to ensure they meet deadlines and provide any pending information or documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed and organized database of all student information, application statuses, and communication records.
  • Pre-departure Assistance: Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for their move abroad, covering topics like accommodation, travel arrangements, and cultural adaptation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0 - 1 year professional working experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
