Job Description:

We are looking for a Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our team at StashFin. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in secretarial operations, compliance, and regulatory affairs to drive growth and excellence within the organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate filing of all regulatory forms and returns, conducting statutory committees, and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Company Secretary of Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited (NBFC registered with RBI).
  • Perform all secretarial obligations as applicable under regulations (RBI, Companies Act, SEBI, IRDA, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all regulatory forms / returns.
  • Conduct all statutory committees for the company (Board meeting, AGM, etc.) including but not limited to preparing Agenda, Minutes and operational conduct of meeting.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and applicable regulations (RBI, Companies Act, etc.).
  • Support stakeholders with all required documentation as required from secretarial office e.g. Board resolutions, etc.
  • Provide guidance and work closely with other departments to ensure internal controls, process improvements, and best practices.
  • Prepare clear and concise findings and recommendations, under secretarial framework, for management review and recommendation.
  • Act and operate secretarial office with utmost professionalism and ensure corporate governance.

Requirements:
