
Senior Contract Administrator

The Contracts Administrator plays a pivotal role in the contracting process, working closely with various teams across the organization to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.
This role is comprised of either a Deal Specialist or a Deal Manager position, both of which operate in a multicultural environment covering multiple countries and lines of business.
The work is fast-paced and seasonal, aligning with the organization's quarterly and annual fiscal cycles.
About the RoleThe Deal Specialist creates, validates, and processes contract documentation using standard templates, a set of contract options, and in accordance with organizational policies and business approvals, in response to requests from Sales.
The Deal Specialist follows defined engagement guidelines to liaise with other Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups across the organization to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.
Responsibilities- Contract Documentation: Create, validate, and process contract documentation using standard templates, a set of contract options, and in accordance with organizational policies and business approvals.
- Liaison and Coordination: Follow defined engagement guidelines to liaise with other Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups across the organization.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk through effective collaboration and communication.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Drafting Experience: Have experience drafting standard contractual documents.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Show strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Email, MS Word, and Excel.
- Deadlines: Demonstrate ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines.
- Resilience: Display resilience in times of change and uncertainty.
- Customer Service: Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Policies and Procedures: Have knowledge of organizational policies and procedures desired.
