Job Title: Clinical Data Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Data Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data analysis, preferably with experience in the healthcare or medical domain. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Create test directories for RBU's/EBU's and ensure accurate mapping of customer to codes.
  • Triage and prep demand requests for team members, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor and provide status updates to managers for all inflight and pending projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Produce ongoing compendium maintenance files for strategic customers or vendors, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A clinically oriented approach with a focus on medical terminology.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Access/SQL database skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A quick learning style and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting tight deadlines.
  • A US hour work schedule to ensure team collaboration and productivity.
