We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Designer to lead our digital platforms. As a REMOTE Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead, you will be responsible for owning the front-end vision of our digital platforms.Key Skills and Qualifications
  • WordPress (Theme Customization & Front-End Development)
  • Vue.js (component-based architecture, dynamic UI)
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Front-end performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a front-end design/development team
  • Owning the UI/UX experience across web properties
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams
  • Architect scalable, clean front-end codebases
  • Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot and develop as needed – no task is too small
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and quality for your team's deliverables
Requirements
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
