We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality and food safety function at a state-of-the-art facility in Gujarat. This leadership role is ideal for professionals who excel in managing teams, driving compliance, and ensuring global standards in food exports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the QA/QC team across production, lab, and documentation operations.
  • Oversee internal, customer, and third-party audits (BRCGS, Organic, Buyer Audits) to ensure compliance with international food safety standards.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs, CCPs, PRPs to guarantee effective implementation and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage organic certifications and maintain mass balance & traceability records to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Drive supplier audits, vendor compliance, and raw material quality assurance to mitigate risks and ensure supply chain integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, recalls, and CAPA to maintain customer trust and confidence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and enhance food safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality & Food Safety with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of international food safety standards and regulatory frameworks, including BRCGS and Organic.
  • Degree/Post-grad in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, documentation, and audit-handling skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
