Job Title: Python Developer - AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Python developer to join our team as an AI/ML engineer.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Python development and at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML.

They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI/ML solutions and applications using Python.

  • Design and develop AI/ML solutions and applications using Python.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for various business use cases.
  • Work with large datasets, performing data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  • Build and manage ML pipelines, from experimentation and training to deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune models, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python programming and its relevant libraries for AI/ML, including scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

Hands-on experience with at least one major deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is also required.

A solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques is necessary.

Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and preparation for machine learning tasks is also expected.

  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment.
