Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our culinary team on board a cruise ship.

• Prepare various pastry and dessert menu items according to provided recipes and photos.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality products and meeting tight deadlines.
• Set up bakery displays on buffets as needed and transport food items from main stores to the pastry galley.
• Clean and sanitize working areas and utensils following USPH rules and regulations.
• Participate in meetings, training activities, courses, and other work-related activities as required.

• Minimum two years' experience as a Bakery Specialist in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or convention banqueting service (shipboard experience preferred).
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment.
• Completion of high school or basic education equivalency requirement.
