Test Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Test Data Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and testing, with experience in configuring and managing test data management tools.

Responsibilities will include designing and implementing test data management strategies, working with stakeholders to understand test data requirements, and delivering fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.

Additional responsibilities will include collaborating with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices, monitoring and troubleshooting issues with TDM solutions, and documenting TDM frameworks, best practices, and guidelines for reusability across the organization.

Required skills and qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, 7+ years of experience in test data management, data governance, or data engineering, and strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.

Additional qualifications include proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools, working knowledge of Informatica Developer, Metadata Manager, and Model Repository Service, and strong understanding of RDBMS and ability to write complex SQL queries.

A proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards is also essential.
