Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT project coordinator to oversee and coordinate various IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, expenses, and resource allocation
  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, ensure minutes are distributed to team members
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and goals are achieved
  • Determine project scope changes and identify risks
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Develop project strategies and ensure compliance with frameworks
  • Assess project risks and issues, provide solutions where applicable
  • Manage stakeholder expectations towards optimal solutions
  • Chair and facilitate meetings as necessary, distribute meeting notes to team members
  • Create a project management calendar to achieve each goal and objective

Skillset:

  • IT project coordination, knowledge of IT infrastructure and security
  • Experience in handling IT security projects (3+ years)
