About the Role

As Group Leader for Developmental Quality Assurance, you will lead quality systems across R&D and pilot stages to ensure first-time-right, scalable product designs.

  • You will be responsible for developmental Quality Assurance function across our organisation's R&D & Development Quality of new products.
  • Setting-up processes for new products at R&D and Pilot stage to pass through a robust stage gate system ensuring right first-time quality of products designed commercially viable and scalable.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design experiments, DOE, hypothesis study to conduct experiments with our R&D and Technology team.
  • Design protocols for experiments, development of process, study robustness, evaluate process performance between R&D to Pilot plant and site level.
  • Play key role in technology transfer from R&D to Pilot plant and Site level, share relevant documents and ensure QA – tech transfer to sites.

Requirements

  • M. Sc /M.Pharma– Chemistry degree or equivalent.
  • 16-24 years of experience in API/Intermediate/Fine chemical Industry.

Independent Decision Making

Make decisions on Development Quality, Stage gate process clearance, tech-transfer , AMT transfer to sites, pilot plant – batch execution , Quality assurance in all new and developmental projects and ensure continued compliance.
