Executive Consultant - Digital Transformation

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Consultant to lead our digital transformation initiatives in the Oil & Gas industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing digital consulting strategies and driving business growth through advisory engagements.

As an Executive Consultant, you will play a critical role in nurturing and maintaining our 'best in class' positioning of the advisory unit by developing contemporary assets and frameworks. You will deploy your skills in the context of the customer and ensure execution excellence of all advisory engagements.

The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations in the Oil & Gas industry as a business consultant. They should possess functional experience in one or more of plant operations, manufacturing/shop floor execution, supply chain, procurement, warehouse management and related processes with emphasis on digital and intelligent technologies.

A deep understanding of IoT/Industry 4.0/plant solutions and good understanding of key digital technologies like IoT, AI/ML, AR-VR etc. is also required. Desired skills include result-focused work under tight deadlines, entrepreneurship in complex and fast-paced environments, and fluency in English with confidence in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing thought leadership assets and articulating the Future Factory vision
  • Participating in leading industry events and forums to stay updated on the latest technology trends
  • Working closely with sales/presales teams to lead client connects for consulting proposals and strategic large-scale transformation programs
  • Driving growth through advisory engagements and downstream engagements

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations in the Oil & Gas industry as a business consultant
  • Functional experience in one or more of plant operations, manufacturing/shop floor execution, supply chain, procurement, warehouse management and related processes
  • Deep understanding of IoT/Industry 4.0/plant solutions and good understanding of key digital technologies like IoT, AI/ML, AR-VR etc.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on work experience in the industry with result-focused work under tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit in complex and fast-paced environments with fluency in English
