We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL QA to ensure the integrity, performance, and security of our data processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL Testing, Automation, Performance Testing, Data Masking, and strong documentation skills.
Responsibilities:- Create and maintain test cases to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within Snowflake.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of ETL workflows to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the entire pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and business logic.
- Identify, document, and report defects or discrepancies in data transformations or loading processes.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for ETL testing in Snowflake.
- Perform performance testing to evaluate the efficiency and scalability of Snowflake data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related problems.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards during testing processes.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum. This figure is based on national averages and industry benchmarks.
Requirements:- Strong experience in SQL and ETL testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Talend, DBT, Pyspark, Glue, and Lambda.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
