Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally creative and innovative Copywriter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, strategically focused concepts and campaigns that meet the standards set by the agency and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creative ability, judgment, and client contact experience. Excellent presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with account management are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a talented team of writers to develop standout and impactful ideas.
  • Take ownership of writing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product data, claims, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Estimate creative hours and manage workloads to maximize productivity.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Attend market research and share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding.
  • Provide written feedback for performance reviews and ongoing feedback on team performance.
  • Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing projects from conception to completion.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client products and marketing challenges, and deliver responsive and effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in a digital advertising agency.
  • A proven track record of creative ability, judgment, and client contact experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with account management.
  • Successful experience in managing creative writers and availability to travel.
