Key Responsibilities- Lead finance client engagements across industries and geographies.
- Owning client contracts and providing transition support for establishing processes, metrics, and reporting.
- Establish a robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of operations to inform decision-making.
- Promote high-level change management expertise, including team leadership and development.
- Track and drive critical process parameters for quality in process delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Transitions and Transformations.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating value propositions, business cases, and industry-specific offerings.
- Able to design strategic direction and initiatives through outcome models, contracting structures, and identification of new opportunities.
