Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lead Data Scientist to join our team.

As a key member of our data analytics group, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that drive business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to drive business outcomes.
  • Design and lead the deployment of large-scale data integration and warehousing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate data-driven insights into product roadmap and feature development.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored data solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and governance.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics projects that drive business value.
  • Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
