Highly skilled individuals with expertise in backend development and machine learning are required to design, build, and scale production-ready AI systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building robust backend systems, APIs, and scalable cloud-supported solutions.

We are looking for talented engineers who can leverage their knowledge of distributed systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure to drive innovation and growth. Strong experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB is essential, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as MERN, Python, Golang, and Java.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure. Additionally, they should possess strong debugging and testing skills, with the ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code.

Collaboration is key in our fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end products, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model serving and monitoring.

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in CS Data Science AI/ML
  • 1-3 years of experience in backend development with a focus on building scalable distributed systems.
  • Programming languages: MERN Python Golang Java is optional but definitely a plus
  • Databases: Strong experience with PostgreSQL + familiarity with NoSQL/MongoDB.
  • MLOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge of MLflow Kubeflow DVC CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes
  • Cloud & Infra: AWS SageMaker/Bedrock GCP Vertex AI Azure AI.
  • Versioning & Collaboration: Git GitHub/GitLab code reviews unit testing.
