IT Proposal Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Proposal Manager with expertise in developing proposals for federal government contracts, particularly IT-focused projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead proposal development for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders for IT projects, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements, develop win themes, and write compelling proposal sections.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools, ensuring timely submissions for IT-focused bids.
  • Write, edit, and review proposal content for IT solutions, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and adherence to federal regulations.
  • Coordinate proposal reviews and maintain compliance matrices and IT-focused content libraries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in proposal management/writing for U.S. federal bidding for IT projects.
  • Expertise in federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards.

Required Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, Google Workspace, proposal software, and project management tools is required.

Federal Government Contracting Experience: We require extensive experience in federal government contracting, particularly in the IT sector.
