Job Description

  • Lead and motivate the Accounts Receivable team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversight of the entire AR cycle, including invoicing, collections, and overdue payments.
  • Implement effective collection strategies and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze AR reports, conduct bank reconciliations, and ensure timely closure.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Accounting Software (XERO, ZOHO, SAP).
  • Clear accounting skills and concepts.
  • Effective communication and team management.
  • Accuracy and precision.
  • Experience in Accounts receivable role and the IT industry.
