Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in India.

This role will focus on advancing our sustainability agenda, addressing social and environmental issues, and driving local execution of global strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with global program managers to ensure alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing across regions.

  • Local Program Implementation:
  • Develop and execute initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities while aligning with global frameworks.
  • Establish annual plans for India, set measurable targets, and track progress.
  • Employee Engagement & Resource Group Coordination:
  • Coordinate India-based employee champion/resource groups focused on environmental responsibility, health & well-being, CSR, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Provide support to volunteer leaders, ensuring alignment with global goals.
  • Collaboration & Alignment with Global Teams:
  • Serve as the key link between India and global program managers for each impact area.
  • Share local insights, successes, and challenges with global teams to refine overall strategy.
  • Partnerships & Community Engagement:
  • Build relationships with local NGOs, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance the impact of CSR initiatives.
  • Communication, Reporting & Measurement:
  • Share India success stories through regular storytelling and reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI, and employee engagement programs.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of India's sustainability landscape.
  • Ability to engage senior leadership and build trust on key priorities.
