Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare operations professional to lead and manage our Outpatient and Inpatient services.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for Front Office, Admission, and Discharge operations to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Craft effective manpower planning strategies to optimize resource allocation across all patient care areas.
- Contribute to the development of departmental growth plans, focusing on operational excellence and strategic partnerships with clinical, diagnostic, and support teams.
- Supervise front office operations and staffing to ensure seamless delivery of patient services.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives through training programs, process evaluations, and operating procedure documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field, along with 12+ years of experience (including leadership in patient care operations).
- Proven track record in managing both Outpatient and Inpatient services, admissions, discharge, and front office operations.
- Strong leadership skills to lead large teams, drive training & development initiatives, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences through a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to think strategically, drive process improvements, and coordinate effectively with various hospital departments.
