Technical Consultant for Façade Access Systems

We are seeking an experienced Façade Access consultant/engineer to join our team of dedicated specialists in a prestigious and complex projects environment.

As part of our expanding portfolio, you will have the opportunity to gain experience providing façade access advice and design expertise on challenging single or multi-disciplinary projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the wider design team to advise on integrating façade access systems into the project.
  • Lead the design to achieve the optimal combination of cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while following best health and safety practices.
  • Develop façade access strategy reports at key stages of the project's design.
  • Prepare employer's requirements documentation and system specifications for façade access and replacement systems.
  • Review contractor drawings and inspect site compliance throughout construction.
  • Manage multiple façade access consulting projects simultaneously and work directly with clients.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and available technologies used in façade access.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with façade access systems in consultancy or contractor roles.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of façade access systems, their performance, operation, engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • Show enthusiasm, self-motivation, and relevant academic background.
  • Be competent in AutoCAD and/or Revit, 3D design software.
