Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

 

The position of Chief Technology Officer is a key role in our organization, responsible for designing and implementing large-scale technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of modern software systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architectures that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise in software development and make informed decisions about the technical architecture and design.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
  • 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale distributed system development.
  • Operational experience and ability to drive engineering best practices.

 

We are seeking an experienced technologist who can drive innovation and excellence in our technology team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies such as C# (.NET Core, .NET Framework), TypeScript & NestJS, Node.js.
  • Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka or similar technologies.
  • Modern UI frameworks such as React.js, Angular.
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, EFS, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, SQS, IAM, VPC).
  • CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, YAML, PowerShell.
  • GenAI technologies including LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture implementation, and prompt engineering.
  • Relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools.
