Job Opportunity: Executive Search Professional

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, including leading research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and attract top talent through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Deliver high-quality results, including detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of projects and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search or a related field.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
