Job Title:

Senior Accounting Professional

">Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting compliance and reporting functions.

The role involves working closely with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate financial execution.

This includes handling day-to-day accounting entries in the system, managing accounts payable and receivable transactions, preparing bank reconciliations, and monitoring daily fund positions.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports, ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments, and maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in the system (Tally/ERP/SAP/Oracle)
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports
  • E nsure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
  • Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules
  • Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies
  • Prepare data for tax computation and filing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA Qualified
  • Freshers/2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
