Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube. They will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.

The Social Media Content Creator will work closely with internal stakeholders to craft messaging for key moments, such as product launches and brand awareness campaigns. They will also be responsible for analyzing performance data to optimize content and improve reach, retention, and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies across multiple social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize content and improve reach, retention, and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to craft messaging for key moments.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role.
  • Solid understanding of content formats that work for service-based brands.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and platform-native behaviors.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or UGC producers.
  • Great creative instincts and self-starter energy.
