Job Description

As a Securities Operations Associate Manager, you will lead a team of specialists in transactional tasks, ensuring quality and compliance in securities operations. This role is crucial to the success of our organization, as it involves managing a team to achieve objectives, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of specialists to ensure quality and compliance in securities operations.
  • Provide support as the first point of contact for all delivery tasks and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets delivery expectations and resolve issues related to reporting, career path, and other activities for direct reports.
  • Collaborate with professionals at all levels, including experienced managers.
  • Lead the team to achieve objectives.
  • Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for securities operations.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Securities Operations or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
