We are seeking an experienced Senior Tower Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, estimating, planning, and executing transmission line and telecom tower projects with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Engineering: Prepare design calculations, structural analysis, and detailed tower drawings in compliance with international standards.
  • Tendering & Estimation: Develop BOQ, BOM, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Technical Proposal: Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical & commercial proposals.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Loading Analysis: Perform load analysis, proto development support, and optimization of tower design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Estimation Leadership: Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission & substation projects.
  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5-12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD) and ERP tools (SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (IS, IEC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.).
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
