Job Overview

Wipro is seeking an experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to lead our ServiceNow initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, IT service management, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions and driving business alignment through technology adoption.

About the Role As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for ServiceNow implementation across the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior architects to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability of our ServiceNow practice.

Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Wipro's business needs, goals, and objectives to design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that meet our requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business processes that can be improved or optimized through ServiceNow implementation. * Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow architectures, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems. * Supervise and guide the development of technical documentation, guides, and standards for ServiceNow implementation. * Provide expert-level guidance and support to internal teams on ServiceNow product capabilities, best practices, and future releases. * Engage with clients and partners to understand their ServiceNow requirements and develop strategies to address their pain points. * Participate in architecture review boards, providing input on ServiceNow designs and ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines. * Identify and communicate new technologies, trends, and innovations in the ServiceNow ecosystem that could benefit Wipro.

Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, preferably in a leadership or architect role. * In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow products, including ITOM, ITSM, CSDM, CMDB, and Discovery. * Strong expertise in information architecture, IT service management, IT operations management, solution architecture, and cloud-based solutions. * Proficiency in defining and refining architectural strategies, governance activities, and compliance frameworks. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Experience in hybrid environments and large-scale ServiceNow deployments is highly desirable. * Familiarity with industry trends, ServiceNow product roadmap, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things (IoT). * Certification in ServiceNow administration, implementation specialist in ITSM or ITOM, or other relevant certifications is highly preferred. * A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
