Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to deliver high-quality products.

Experience in web and mobile application testing is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and report bugs effectively.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Conduct manual testing across various platforms: web and mobile.
  • Ensure quality benchmarks are met before product releases.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 26 years of experience in manual testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
  • Exposure to mobile (iOS/Android) and web application testing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Good to Have:
  • Experience with tools like Charles Proxy or browser developer tools.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL for data validation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
